Price Adjustment and Service and Product Improvements

Since our launch in 2012, we have strived to provide exceptional painting and modelling services while maintaining competitive prices for our valued customers. Over the past eight years, we have made efforts to absorb rising running costs in order to avoid any commission price increases. However, as you may be aware, the cost of painting and modelling supplies, along with other operating expenses, has steadily increased over time.

Regrettably, in light of these unavoidable cost increases, we find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. As of July 1st, 2023, there will be a price increase for all our services. This adjustment will allow us to continue delivering the high-quality work that you have come to expect from us.

Additionally, we want to inform you about changes to our pricing discounts. We will be revising our discount schemes, including the removal of the upfront payment discount. We understand that this may be disappointing news, and we want to assure you that these decisions have been made with careful consideration.

However, we wanted to provide you with advanced notice of the price changes so that you have the chance to lock in commissions using our current prices and discount schemes before the price adjustment takes effect on July 1st, 2023. This means that any commissions confirmed and deposits (or full payments with discounts) paid for before the mentioned date will be honoured at the current rates and applicable discounts, allowing you to take advantage of our services at the existing price levels.


Service and Product Improvements

We value our clients feedback immensely, and it has helped shape our operations and services. Based on suggestions and changes to our operations, we are happy to announce several changes that will bring even more value to your future commissions. These changes will be ready by 1st July 2023.

Web Client Portal

To provide you with greater convenience and transparency, we are providing clients access to a web client portal. This portal will allow you to easily monitor the progress of your commissions, liaise directly with our artists, and receive frequent work-in-progress (WIP) imagery. We understand the importance of keeping you informed every step of the way, and this portal will ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the painting process.

VIP Program for Returning Clients

We greatly appreciate your loyalty and trust in our services. As a token of our gratitude, we are introducing a VIP program exclusively for our returning clients. This program will offer various benefits and rewards as a way to thank you for choosing Centerpiece Miniatures for your painting and modelling needs time and time again.

Streamlined Assembly Pricing

To simplify the pricing structure and make it easier for you to calculate assembly charges, we will be grouping the categories into fewer options. This change will provide greater clarity and transparency, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the associated costs for your commissioned projects.

Expanded Basing Options

In addition to our standard basing, which will continue to be included free in our pricing, we are excited to introduce new levels of basing options. These new additional levels of basing will be similar to the levels of quality we offer for our painting.

Web Tutorials and Tutorial Videos

We will be refocusing on our long-held goal of creating web tutorials and tutorial videos. These resources will serve as valuable guides, helping you expand your own painting skills and techniques.
