We recently completed a Reaper miniature from the PAthfinder range – the Shoanti Barbarian. The miniature was to be painted to high quality and was to have a more tanned skinned. Other than that we could choose the rest of the scheme.
The miniature was painted with a a dark blue and a light blue clothing scheme, but it didn’t seem to match the tanned skin all that well (sorry there was no pics of that, there was a lot of gnashing of teeth when it discovered that it looked like rubbish that nobody bothered to get the camera).
The red seemed to match the tanned skin much better. The other option which we were considering was a yellow but settled on the red once we saw it.
