I have completed a massive addition to our client’s Imperial Knights collection – a complete House Hawkshroud army ready to shake the battlefield with every thunderous step!
The Lance
This impressive Knight household consists of:
- 1 Cerastus Knight – An ancient and deadly pattern, painted to Level 4 quality
- 1 Knight Dominus – A towering fire support platform, painted to Level 4 quality
- 10 Armiger Warglaives – A swift pack of light Knights, painted to Level 3 quality
Together, these 12 war machines create a complete battleforce capable of tackling any threat in the 41st millennium, from hordes of infantry to enemy super-heavy units.
House Hawkshroud Heraldry
All models were painted in the proud colours of House Hawkshroud, matching both the iconic Games Workshop box art scheme and our client’s previously commissioned Knights. The distinctive yellow and black livery is instantly recognisable on the tabletop, marking these warriors as members of one of the Imperium’s most honourable Knight households.
Full Weapon Magnetization
Every Knight in this army features fully magnetised weapons, providing maximum tactical flexibility. The magnets are carefully placed for secure connections while remaining invisible during normal viewing, maintaining the models’ aesthetic appeal while adding practical functionality.
Tiered Quality Approach
This commission utilised a smart quality distribution to maximise impact while managing budget:
Level 4 Quality for the Cerastus Knight and Knight Dominus – These centerpiece models received enhanced attention with refined details, smooth blending, and extra weathering. As the largest and most visually prominent Knights, they anchor the army’s appearance.
Level 3 Quality for the 10 Armiger Warglaives – Professional standard painting with clean execution, proper shading and highlighting, and cohesive colour matching. This ensures the entire lance looks fantastic on the tabletop while keeping the project achievable.
