Commission Client Portal is here

If you’ve received an email from me recently, you’ll already have a heads-up about some exciting changes happening in the studio. I wanted to share everything here in one place so you have a clear picture of what’s coming and what to expect.

Starting last week and continuing through this week, commission clients are being set up with their own client portals; a dedicated space where you can log in and follow the progress of your commission from start to finish.

What to look out for: You should be receiving login details and setup instructions for your client portal via email. If you haven’t received yours yet, it’s on its way, portals are being rolled out throughout this week.

Going forward, we will no longer be posting commission updates on the website, so please look out for all your progress photos, notes, and communication in your client portal instead. Everything will be in one easy-to-reference place, and this setup means that either our project manager or I can post frequent updates to keep you closely in the loop throughout your commission.

I’m also thrilled to share that I now have a project manager on board to help manage commissions, handle communications, and keep the portal updated. This means you’ll be in great hands throughout the process, and I get to focus on what I love most: the painting itself.

I believe this will allow for more frequent communications and photo updates throughout your commission journey, keeping you closer to the process and more connected.
