We are proud to share the completion of a ten model Terminator commission for one of our returning clients: a squad of Blood Angels Terminators painted at our Level 3 quality standard. From banner bearer to Cyclone missile launcher, every model in this force has been brought to life in the Chapter’s iconic deep red.
This was a particularly satisfying project to complete. Our client is a long-standing patron whose collection we have been building over several commissions, and means everything when it comes to coherent army aesthetics. The squad includes three notable models: a Terminator Captain, a Terminator Standard Bearer holding a Blood Angels Chapter Banner, and a Cyclone Missile Launcher Terminator.
Every model received a fully custom base built around a factory sludge ruins theme. Because this commission directly follows previous work completed for the same client, continuity was essential, the bases had to sit comfortably alongside their existing collection. We carried forward the client’s established grey rock palette as the primary basing material, weaving those tones in among corroded metal fragments scattered across the rubble. Where the scenery called for it, particularly around open pipework, we applied pools of luminescent green sludge, implying toxic industrial run-off seeping up through the shattered
factory floor.
